vicky-27 Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Driver Phillip Lilley was fined for going through a red light when a police van was behind flashing its lights,siren blaring - so he moved over to let it pass and got a ticket and 3 point - he even has a photo to prove the police van was there - but the fine stands, now he says he won't move out the way if it happens again. The driving standards agency quoted rule 219 saying motorists should consider oncoming emergency vehicles but comply with traffic signals. so your bllxed then ! Like drivers who drive alittle too close to the white line when over taking parked cars. You know the ones, the scum, them who make you shout "gerrover!"
