ilkleyram
I've read it. It's worth a tenner. Not particularly well or interestingly written IMO, in that the journo who did it just writes what Roy says in chronological interviews and intersperses it with long quotes from Cloughie's biography. I'm not sure the journo asked him any particularly challenging questions. I would have liked more about his time at Bradford - he was there at some interesting times and built a good side and left in a 'bad' way - and also his time as manager here and with Arthur. It was relatively light on both. Very little on the Burton days or on his role after Cloughie left. It might be interesting to have his thoughts on football today given he's been in the game all his life and some of the players he played with here. But it was readable, told me bits I didn't know, confirmed club v country has been around for decades. Worth the buy and the read.
