  1. What do you mean, "sometimes"? That's the way it goes "every time" we've got a chance to put the after burners on.
  2. If they've got any sense, miles away from this club. It is hopeless.
  3. To be in pole position means that YOU HAVE TO BE IN FIRST PLACE. We could be, and should be, given what our players are capable of, but we aren't because of how they are being forced to play. And after nearly looking like we were playing football, and getting the resultant good run, we revert to HOOF IT, And it still doesn't work.
  4. Yes it is. I know we have got injuries, but there again, don't all of Warne's sides? The reality is that from kick off all he got us doing was hoofing the ball long. If we put 2 or 3 passes together, it was to generate enough room for the player getting that 3rd pass to boot it long from deep within his own half. Every time. Every time. Every single time. How strange - after the fans gave Warne a right bollocking form that run of matches ending with Stevenage and Crewe he got us playing what almost looked like football, and guess what? We went on a good run. Today, when we could, and should have won emphatically, he reverted to hoofball. Absolutely diabolical. Yes, the ref was poor, really poor, and cost us the goal. Actually, no he didn't, but Northampton should have been defending a free-kick instead of scoring the winner. But our defending was shocking for the goal. But for virtually the entire match we were worse than the ref, and with EFL League One refs, that takes one hell of a lot of doing.
  5. Or waking up with a hangover when you didn’t go out the night before.
  6. Bradley has made your day for you, then!
  7. Ao the big question: who is worse? Derby or the ref?
  8. He has got the sane sickness that the team has gone down with.
  9. Warne: “We need the fans to turn up and get us over the line”. Yeah, right, but that is commensurate with the team turning up in matches like this. But it seems they actually don’t have to.
  10. Het another non foul given against us. And yet again 5 - 10 yards gained from the kick.
  11. Can the half-time talk include instruction on playing the ball into your team-mates’s stride?
  12. Shocking defending, but should have been a free-kick fir a clear foul on Wilson.
  13. Lazy flap of the foot by Waggy. He should have buried that.
  14. Well with Warne happy for us to win ugly, at least we’ve got the ugly bit done!
  15. I know He’s due to come back soon, but not today!
  16. Maybe, but Rotherham had a similar flow of injuries when our boss was there, with many happening during training/in between matches. So it is a good question.
  17. It has coincided with players being available where 3 at the back can work, initially with Cashin, Nelson and Nyambe. The arrival of Adams is having a major impact on this because the midfield 2 we were employing are no longer being over-run. Add in Warne’s shift in how he gets us playing - it has an increasing tendency to look like football, and that is also a major reason. Long may it continue - - - - and improve!
  18. Best wishes for you both. Have a beautiful day!
  19. It is because of what he was like afterwards, as he had links to the Trees. And when he returned playing for Middlesbrough we all saw him as a dirty, diving cheat, and he still is.
