Yes.
The Wooden Pub 1&2.
One in the harbour area, one on Tomb of the Kings Rd.
Good selection of bottled craft ales, locally brewed ales and ciders and tasting paddles available.
The cider one is surprisingly good.
In addition, local stores seem to stock a surprisingly diverse range of world beers at a decent price, at least the ones I've been in do.

Always forget to snap, but a mate started a brewery in Batroun, Lebanon. His brew is flying off! Here are some snaps from the weekend.

DudeRam reacted to Gypsy Ram in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
Sleep Paralysis. Used to have them a lot and now less and less. I'm assuming you are over 30? Which is odd to get at later ages and more common to get in late teens and early 20's. I used to be plagued by it and I still get it but not as often.

Glad that worked out for you. I had them for years struggling and too afraid to tell people about it. But by chance I came across an article, and as soon as I knew what it was they decreased by about 80 percent. They still happen, but the panic wasn't there anymore. After a while, and this might sound strange, you can have some fun with them, proper Inception stuff. However, there is an underlining issue with them, and that is either depression, anxiety or exhaustion.

It differs from person to person but I agree with you.
I have been in and out of depression and anxiety due to work/relationship stress.
I often hit the bottle hard when I can't cope/deal with my anxiety but that doesn't help at all.
But I found understanding why I am feeling that way and making a plan to address those reasons works. I have been through three bouts of it, and one very recently where my behaviour became so erratic
