Barnaby
At the Leeds away game, i payed for a concession (under 18) ticket at Derby, but when I got to the gate at Leeds, a steward told me I wasn't allowed in with my ticket and had to buy a adult for a extra £34, I'm 16 soo I shouldn't be paying adult fees, but Leeds say 16 is a adult, the FA are know in on the matter as this happened to many people. Any one know when I will get my refund or who is a fault?
SillyBilly
You payed for an under 16 knowing you were 16? Wouldn't stand up well in court must be said.
Stive Pesley
The club (Derby) should have been aware when selling to our under-16's that you needed an adult ticket. I'd take it up with the Derby ticket office manager edward.liddiard@dcfc.co.uk Technically you did have to pay the extra as those are the Leeds rules of entry, but you should have been made aware of that up front as you may have decided against attending on that basis. TelTheRam
My son is 16 but I was told when I bought his ticket that 16 and over was adult price - and they might ask for ID/proof if you have a concession ticket.
