I guess that the guys hanging off the barrier with their legs and holding a megaphone have special permission to do so or is it because they are socialist they think they can do whatever like? That's pretty much what the mud splattered, pierced face, smelly, dyed-hair troglodytes that call themselves socialists I have met seem to think.
