GEM
I'm not keen on driving to Watford, any pubs or clubs organising buses with a couple of extra seats for me and Mrs GEM or is roadrider worth the money?
vicky-27
Roadrider is £19 - i am sure though that the Alfreton roadrider is cheaper and does call at P.P. if needed

GEM
Iusually go by car but seem to remember Watford is a bugger for parking. We'll have to go so far by car though cos we live in the peoples republic of South Yorkshire.
vicky-27
There is no parking available for fans at the ground and street parking is exclusively restricted for local residents by way of match day permits. Watford town centre has several car parks, the easiest of which for access to Vicarage Road is 'Church Car Park' on the inside of the ring-road, opposite the turn-off into Vicarage Road. All town centre car parks are within a ten minute walk of Vicarage Road. Other possibilities are Watford Grammar School for Girls and Cassiobury Park Avenue, Laurence Haines School (further down Vicarage Road past the hospital), and Fishers Industrial Estate off Wiggenhall Road. Boycie
I think we parked in the industrial estate about 3 seasons ago, it was a sod to get out of after the match I seem to remember.

Rang them and couldnt even reserve one for me for today. Shows how they reward loyalty. Shitters

GEM
This is one of those things that pisses me off. Matty goes to god knows how many away games this season then some clown who probably has only been to Florist or Manure jumps in and he misses the last game of the season. So much for loyalty eh?
