He's 32 I think, but would have a couple of seasons left I would have thought. Norwich seem interested, whould be good to get some experiance in there next to Naya and Miles. Spunkmoss Posted April 11, 2009 Share Posted April 11, 2009 Dont really think Darren Purse is the answer to our defensive woes, 2 or 3 years back maybe but hes the wrong side of 30 and dare i say on some pretty hefty wage packet, in leecock addy and nya we do have 3 half decent centre backs who are more than capable in the pop league, we just need to keep them fit and playing, Wheater? my god i would walk over burning coles to get that guy, i think he is everything a cb should be Big,strong,reliable and ugly as ****.
