Kevin Hector
all im saying is maguire had to get to work on it at the end, albeit in testing conditions.I am not at all convinced it would beat Menorah I don't think Maguire did have to get stuck into him mate. He just wanted him to have a good blow, instead of cantering around. The jockey confirmed this after the race aswell. Peddlers Cross is unbeaten remember, but I agree Menorah is the one to beat. Neo
I'll watch but not really in to jumps racing, much prefer Royal Ascot but enjoy Cheltenham just for the occassion. A mate of mine has got a box right on the finish line next to the royal one, will see if he's going. Just knew you would comment, however you and burberry cap dont go with royal box mate:rolleyes:

Got tickets for a few meets during April for free though with this http://www.lovetheraces.com/free-racing-month/. Loads of different meets there, a few sold out now i think but a good scheme never the less.
Derby-Dave
peddlars cross ran today and didnt impress me enough to think it could win the Champion Hurdle. I will be on Menorah. Thats the 1 i'm backing BIG on.... chosen 1 for each of the Big races (1 per day), but the most will be on this horse

dcfc_kev
I've had a 'hot' tip today! Tullamore Dew in the 5:15. Each way though if anyone is tempted. Its from a contact in the horses yard, who is usually on the ball! But its a very open race so who knows.
froggg
whats the odds kev, have you had a decent punt on it yourself?
dcfc_kev
I got it at 9/1 last night. I'm not hugely confident though as there are some top jockeys in that race. I havent had a bet yet this week so on that basis I decided to go £10 e/w on this one! The chap has given me some cracking tips in the past, but then again the odd donkey as well. Fingers Crossed! EastKentRam
I've got a super yankee on, first one has already lost. No idea with the jumps so just followed a poster on the Punters Lounge. Might lump on Cue Card though.
