Also over here you have to be 18 to drink, America it's 18, did we boycott the World Cup in America because of their alcohol laws? All countries should have the right to hold a World Cup regardless of the laws they may have, the reason Qatar shouldn't have been given the World Cup has nothing to do with homosexuality or alcohol. Not all countries should have the right to host the world cup at all, For example you wouldn't give it to iran because people are denied basic freedoms and it is regarded as an intolerant nation. I don't understand how a country which doesn't believe Israel is a nation, is smaller than wales and has a tiny population, with oppressive laws can be considered for the world cup.
