RAMtastic
First post .......and a genuine question, not wrist slashing or on the verge of burning my season ticket but .... given that most folk say that around 50 points will keep a team in the Championship, from our remaining games do we have it in us to get another 21 points ????? Appologies if this list is out of date JAN Plymouth v DERBY DERBY v Nottm Forest FEB Sheff Utd v DERBY DERBY v Newcastle Reading v DERBY DERBY v Preston DERBY v Swansea West Brom v DERBY MAR DERBY v Watford DERBY v Middlesbrough Sheff Wed v DERBY QPR v DERBY DERBY v Leicester APR Coventry v DERBY DERBY v Ipswich Barnsley v DERBY DERBY v Crystal Palace Bristol City v DERBY MAY DERBY v Cardiff
Day
February looks an easy month for us, I say with tongue firmly stuck in cheek. I don't know is the honest question, as long as we can keep players fit we have a chance. We all feared the worst before the WBA and Newcastle games, we saw the players lift there game and put in a decent performance. We may pick up with a few surprise wins, starting against Forest, just keep saying pretty please to the man upstairs.

Day
We aint Doomed just yet, far from it. When you look at the teams we have left to play, how many are unbeaten in the league this season? How many have lost or drew games to teams that are in the bottom half with us? For all we know we Hulse and Commons could find there form and go on the rampage, or we could lose 15 players to injury again. It's impossible to predict the next game let alone the next 4 months. February is massive for us, lets see what the table looks like at the end of next month.
MattyTheRam
We will get enough points to keep us up. This is going from last seasons remember... so dangerous even if we ended the season a terrible side we could be the 4th worst side in the division and stay up. RAMtastic
My considered response to my own post . I would take 17 draws and 2 wins out of the next 19 games..............and the chants of boring boring Derby if it meant staying up JAN Plymouth v DERBY 3 DERBY v Nottm Forest 0 FEB Sheff Utd v DERBY 0 DERBY v Newcastle 1 Reading v DERBY 1 DERBY v Preston 3 DERBY v Swansea 1 West Brom v DERBY 0 MAR DERBY v Watford 3 DERBY v Middlesbrough 3 Sheff Wed v DERBY 1 QPR v DERBY 0 DERBY v Leicester 1 APR Coventry v DERBY 1 DERBY v Ipswich 1 Barnsley v DERBY 1 DERBY v Crystal Palace 3 Bristol City v DERBY 1 MAY DERBY v Cardiff 0 ---
GboroRam
I wouldn't be surprised if the danger zone was below 50 this season. 47 or 48. I think we'll be close but not too close.
MrOrdinary
you no, its not an easy end to the season but there are winnable games, and points a plenty but its down to key players staying fit, and gaining confidence, which it seems we are slowly getting there, and show some of the form that the so called experts pre season, thought we would be playing week in week out
Day
I think we'l see a big shift in the table come May, look at the teams below us Ipswich, Sheff Wednesday and Reading. These are clubs that should be hovering between mid table and the play offs, I doubt they will be below us come May. I think teams such as Coventry, Watford, Donny and Barnsley will start to free fall and drop below us.

RAMtastic
I predict that........... And for my next trick I will be predicting this weeks Lottery Numbers. I also reckon that The Green Party will win the forthcoming General Election. Osama Bin Laden will be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize next year. oh and Billy Davies will turn out to be a thoroughly decent chap and invite Nigel in for an after-match drop of Chiante after our next victory down at the Shitty Ground Any more predictions for this year, meanwhile......................I'll get mi coat
Day
Dunna worry, nobody saw this one coming. Had anyone said we'd of beaten Forest, then draw with Sheff United and batter Newcastle I would of suggested they would need sectioning considering the form we were in prior to that. We're upto 6th in the form guide stats, "unbeatable" Forest are only 2 points better off than us over the last 6 games. http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/CurrentForm/0,,10794~20097,00.html Look at the teams at the botom, Watford, Sheff United, Leicester, Bristol City, Blackpool, Doncaster and QPR. All of which above us, as I predicted I can see a real shift in the table by May.
