Rumours are that the site was not big enough, not enough toilet facilities and those that where there where overflowing. If that is proven, they will have to refund. I doubt the truth will be known but a chap I was talking to said it was badly organised so that could mean many things. I haven't heard anyone complain about the toilets. I don't think they are good at the best of times.
benjo
TBH I had a good 2 days. Helped by the fact that I live nearby and wasn't camping! Site was horrendously muddy but I don't think the toilets were a major issue. The lack of organisation, signage and most worryingly security and emergency access were the biggest issue in my eyes. I still can't believe that I took the kids home friday night (as planned) and walked straight back in with no checks. Can't see that happening at Pride Park. Gritstone Ram
50% refund has been offered. I think that's quite reasonable for saying the weather was much to blame.
