I think we let Mel worry about the finances, he seems to have a fairly good business acumen.

If true, I was happy to hear Mac reportedly not willing to 'over pay' for players in January. I'm glad Mel backs us but there has to be some thought given to how much is good for the Club and squad. We want players to play for the Club not the money (if at all possible, lol).
