1of4 Posted August 12, 2016 Share Posted August 12, 2016 Read in The Daily Mirror today that Derby are paying the real living wage 8.25 per hour which is better than the government`s national living wage 7.20 per hour, though still low glad Derby are paying more than they legally need too. ladyram Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 Yep, that's what DCC pay, more than the average...but tbh, I witnessed the protests at work staged by the Teaching Assistants who had what many see as a substantial pay cut and didn't understand why some workers got more - and they got less - when goodness knows they deserve extra too.
