Living Wage

Read in The Daily Mirror today that Derby are paying the real living wage 8.25 per hour which is better than the government`s national living wage 7.20 per hour, though still low glad Derby are paying more than they legally need too.

Yep, that's what DCC pay, more than the average...but tbh, I witnessed the protests at work staged by the Teaching Assistants who had what many see as a substantial pay cut and didn't understand why some workers got more - and they got less - when goodness knows they deserve extra too.
