Sexydadbod Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 I can't remember the last time a team got promoted using this formation, I'd be impressed if someone does, think it might have been Holloway's blackpool team. We need to start using proven formations to get out of this league like 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1. The reason why 4-3-3 was effective in Mac's first season was because it was something new and teams didn't know how to counter it but now, more and more teams are finding it easy to combat this formation by cutting off the supply lines to Martin.
