Blackpool are top, worth over £100m, purely because they had parachute payments and paid their players in topman gift vouchers. If every club was completely torn from its debts, sponsorships, income and players. I guarantee Leeds, Derby, Forest, Wednesday, Wolves, Fulham and Queens Park Rangers would be worth the most based on their assets. The first five purely because of their 'support' not necessarily their attendances, but their general fanbase. The latter two because they're based in one of the most affluent parts of the country.
