Day Posted March 13, 2015 Share Posted March 13, 2015 Derby County’s Rhys Sharpe has joined Sky Bet League 2 side Shrewsbury Town on a youth loan deal.The Northern Ireland Under 21 international defender, capable of playing at centre-back or left-back, has joined Micky Mellon’s side for a period of one month, up to 14th April 2015.Shrewsbury currently sit second in League 2, two points behind leaders Burton Albion.Sharpe could make his debut in Shrewsbury’s away game at fellow promotion rivals Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday. HonestRam Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Sharpe had a great game against morcambe on his dabut, but then got two yellow cards on Saturday, I think he will be a top class winger or left back one day, but still learning, that's why these younger players need to play fisrt team on loan if they can't get it at Derby.
