Who is dropped for Saturday?

As I've always said Duracell ... he will have a decent enough career out in Spain ... but for England, he isn't suited. Yu are on the money with what you're saying.

Of course, maybe that says certain things about the style of our game ... but different continents have always approached the game in different ways.

That is some whole other thread.

It is what it is. The experiment for me hasn't paid off.

I'd like to see this team:

-----------------------Roos--------------------

Christie--Albentosa--Keogh--Forsyth

-------------------Thorne---------------------

--------------Hughes---Bryson-------------

------Ince---------Bent-------Dawkins----

My reasoning:

Roos: I find it irritating that he has played 5 games but none in the league.

Christie: Has played 34 games. I prefer numbers that end in 5 or 0.

Albentosa: Only 1 game so far. My spreadsheet of stats hates ones.

Keogh: Has never made a substitute appearance. I want to keep his record clean.

Forsyth: Its his birthday next week.

Thorne: I like him.

Hughes: Because he's will Hughes.

Bryson: Our current leading appearance maker. Would like to keep it that way.

Ince: I hope he doesn't score though. It looks odd having more goals than appearances. Let someone else score them!

Bent: Same reasoning as Ince. Too many goals, not enough starts!

Dawkins: Not enough goals! Poor ratio! Get some goals!

Yes, I'm terrible at Football Manager.

I agree he needs a rest but the castigation of the lad is nothing short of abysmal by some.

I admit I had a go at Eustace but he's an old professional and not a young lad who has done well for us with Thorne and Eustace injured

Why do some want to destroy the lad

I went to Rotherham last night and I defy anyone to tell me he was the only one who played below par .

Thought Wardy and Christie  both played poor on Tuesday
