Clough is keeping the identity of the player under wraps for now. “We are waiting for the club to get back to us,†said Clough. “If the answer is ‘yes’, then it would mean we wouldn’t need Patrick Kisnorbo.†Kisnorbo, the 28-year-old centre-back, trained with the Rams last week but did not play against Chesterfield on Saturday because he did not think it was wise to risk injury if there was no deal agreed. “We are still talking to Patrick’s representatives but we are waiting on one or two possible loans which could affect us moving for him,†added Clough.
