eddie
John Wayne. Because John Wayne. Also Gene Hackman (Crimson Tide) and Humphrey Bogart (The Caine Mutiny) for their fantastic portrayals of characters disintegrating before our eyes. Either could have portrayed Billy Davies wonderfully - and John Wayne could have just shot him.

StaffsRam
did you enjoy it the second time? It's a fine movie. Ridiculous plot obviously, but Eastwood, TLJ, Donald and James Garner are brilliant together.
eddie
did you enjoy it the second time? No, I still thought that it was garbage, but by about the fourth time it started to grow on me - primarily because of the performance of Donald Sutherland. Now, I love it.
