  1. Saying that, their pitch looks like a carpet compared to ours.
  2. I'm currently in the Netherlands myself.
  3. When's the last time we were in a game where first played second?
  4. Said in his pre-match he's been given a lot of freedom to pay across the front 3. I expect that front 4 to rotate a bit and nat to go where he's needed.
  5. Great day. Results went for us. One game closer.
  6. Wilson has been top class these last 5 mins. Kept the ball up the other end.
  7. Watching Derby is like smoking 5 packs a day. Takes years off your life.
  8. How did we not concede there. Good grief.
  9. Brilliant work by ward to get us up the pitch.
  10. Don't worry, he's nailed on to get onto a cross
  11. 10 points clear of 4th as it stands. We've not been fantastic recently, but below us it seems nobody wants to go up at all.
  12. CBT starting to grow into the shirt this game.
  13. If you download the "fotmob" app, you can set it to send you notifications whenever something happens in the Derby game. Saves refreshing so much.

I was so confused trying to work out when Rooney played for West Ham. Time for bed.
  15. I'm neither. I don't expect success. But I don't want turgid football either. I'd rather play well and achieve nothing (as we have for the last 20 years or so, give or take) than play awful and achieve nothing. The best we can hope for as Derby fans is the odd blip of success, the odd sniff of the premier league every few years, maybe even a few seasons there every now and then. Hope is that key word. It's like only fools and horses, "this time next year lads, we'll be in the prem".... I'm not sure if it's the manager, the players, league one, administration, some combination of all of the above, but that little flicker of hope in me has gone. I don't see us as a temporarily embarrassed premier league team any more. Games like Saturday have absolutely ground that kind of thinking out of me. I don't honestly care if we go up or not this season, or if we win lose or draw etc. I just want something to look forward to next time I watch the match, and that's pretty much gone for me at the moment. Sorry for the essay.
  16. No, it's not warne's fault when we play like crap, he's only to be given credit when we win. We've been over this already.
