As for Bryson and Shackell.

Both will be happy to stay here and pick up their bloated wages regardless of not playing much.

Both are at that age where there is no way they'll find a better salary elsewhere. Some call it loyalty to stay on and fight for the shirt, while others will just see it as being smart and taking the money.

If I was in their position I'd stick around until the end of my contract. Both won't find a better club than Derby to play for and both won't be paid anywhere near as much as they're getting now elsewhere.

if your talking about his future potential you can't prove that either

if you're talking about his few performances in the first team then the evidence is there and over the last 2 years he HAS given a good account of himself in relation to his peers. 

And your suggestion that he will be no better than league one is again pure speculation just as mine original contention was; except mine had some element of objective critisism based on what we have seen when he has played
