Ok, ok, regarding Stiff Richard - there's some of his tunes I'm not a fan of at all and some tunes that really aren't that bad. Plus, he holds the record for having a No. 1 tune in every decade since 1950, you have to say that's impressive against the modern rubbish we have nowadays.

So my 2 top tracks from Sir Cliff are these 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

and this one is original to Buddy Holly, it's still great though, especially with the Philharmonic Orchestra playing

Happy anniversary to me, happy anniversary to me,

happy anniversary dear bcnram happy anniversary to me!

This is my 500th post and although it has taken me much longer than many to get there, I have finally arrived. 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I didn't want to post on one of the upper floors where I might get drawn into an argument or have to defend my corner, so I thought I would use it down here in the depths where not so many visit and everyone seems to be good, friendly and occasionally amusing.

So here we are; No. 500 from bcnram is Angie by the mighty Rolling Stones.... enjoy.

Some great choones there Neo 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

and congrats bcn - I'd have thought more members would use this thread, they obviously don't listen to much music 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

but for those of who are here, I can see you all truly appreciate music and thanks for giving me an education on groups I admit to not having listened to that much, namely Frogggy's Led Zepellin. Cos I have listened to them and not skipped over them. I admit though, sometimes I've clicked the pause button if I thought it was carp, 'http://www.dcfcfans.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> but I gave them a try anyway.
