Great series.

Saw it as it aired on HBO originally, and have it on DVD - typical HBO, very high production values and a very good cast.

Cancelled after two seasons, largely because of the high production costs, but still worth watching as you kind of get resolution.

Oh you definitely should.

Even though it got cancelled, the series was conceived as 3 stories told over the course of 6 seasons. We got 2 seasons, and hence one of the stories. There are threads left unanswered as the 3 stories overlapped, but for all intents and purposes you do get a pretty satisfactory conclusion. To be honest, if it weren't for the very last scene it could very easily have worked as a series rather than season finale.

Carry on watching though, it's a great series.

Fine you convinced me.

I'm going to have to find a new series to follow though.

Least the walking dead starts soon.

Its owned by Fox :p

Yes but completely independent of the Fox network on which The Chicago Code aired. Completely different levels of expectation - The Chicago Code would have survived on FX, it never had a chance on Fox unfortunately.
