needles Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 He got 300 hours CS. Appealed, saying the press intrusion made it impossible and tried get a fine instead. Judge accepted appeal, changed sentence to a curfew. This meant he'd have missed the open top bus parade through lestah, so he appeals again. Judge says, OK, we'll re-instate the 300 hours. But if I was the final judge agreeing not to impose the curfew after all, I'd have made him start the 300 hours community service from scratch again, rather than picking up where he left off. Turning up to community service in his lamboughini and then claiming he could work because people knew where he was! He's taking the sausage.
