Some great suggestions so far. My contirbution:-

• The club talk to the "1884 group" regularly and throw a bit of money their way now and again to do a few of those mosaic things when they hold the cards up
• Personalise the concourse area, quotes, pictures of ex players, even let fans hang flags etc up there permanently
• Play the Dambusters as we walk on the pitch
• The dude with the microphone....bury him somewhere
• Free entry, actually make that a free place in the starting11 for anyone called Michael who lives abroad and has a cat called Disco.
