Not read through the thread so these may have already been suggested;

Open the 'express' beer stall open during mid-week games. It is on Saturdays, just not Tuesdays. 

The Tannoy announcers are far to loud. You literally can't tell what they're saying. 

It's probably too late to do anything about this one but surely if the screen was moved to the left (when facing it) more people would be able to see it. I definitely would.
