Haven't read all the posts but my ideas are

Megastore needs updating in selection badly. There are more variety in jackets than shower jackets for example. Also a selection of retro shirts should be wider. And more different kinds of little stuff with Derby logo like pins, coins, lighters and so on

Better half time program for fans. There are a lot going on out there. Pick something.

With our clubs history it should be more visible. Name different stands, have a history day once or twice a season, create something.

Once a season a game that would gather fans from different countries to the Pride Park. (Ok, Ipro) Stadium tours and stuff with it.

Once or twice a season a chance for fans to sell and buy their Derby memorabilia in front of the stadium before the game.
