Inverurie Ram
A few people have already mentioned getting rid of the yellow seats in the ground, I'd like to add get rid of the yellow tiles in the home dressing room also, need to spruce up the home dressing room and create the best atmosphere in the world in there first, so the players come out raring to go. All the shoddy stuff should be used in the away dressing room, making sure the opposing teams are not comfortable at the IPro.Always have a selection of pin badges in the club shop. Have several pin badge sellers, stalls around the ground and sellers around the pubs of Derby. Have a Derby guest ale on and a Belgium beer and we could learn a lot from a lot of other clubs in providing a more local catering service and provide the away fans, a similar but better service like what Brighton do, sorting out a relevant beer for the opposing fans and dressing up the away concourses accordingly. Having some sort of connection with the Derby Beer Festivals and the pubs of Derby that enable a connection between the two, many Derby County related ales have been brewed over the years, bottles with the Ram logo, beer mats etc. I'm sure something could be created which is financially rewarding for the pubs and the football club, and the recent talks that SM, SR, PS, JV etc could continue and be expanded to different levels. By utilising the fans input and the community back into the football club and diversifying in all the areas that benefit the football club and its community.Never having empty seats at the IPro, if a ticket hasn't been sold on a Thu evening prior to a Sat game or a Mon evening prior to a Wed game etc then depending on the type of game it is, the club should know how many real price tickets it is still likely to sell, then all the rest should go to local schools, old folks homes, local charities, local forces and all the necessary places in the community where new young fans can be encouraged for the future, and former old fans rewarded for their previous support.Having a great forum like this one, that is hopefully taken seriously by Derby County Football Club.
