trevor1946 Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Sam rush was brought in to build on the 5 year plan of Adam pearson for premiership football at Derby County.After a short period of time ,he changed the structure of the club from Manager to head coach with a director of football running the club and a new scouting set up installed,This season was the time for all the preparations to bear fruit.,it failed thats it, Mclaren has a long contract to coach Derby County players under the guile of mr rush.C-E=O And the board run this club and as fans we follow or not.We must look forward to the next plan,the old one is over Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I still blame the ref for that, for me it started against reading in the cup, the following result against Rotherham away really should have raised a few eyebrows amongst the defensive coaches and ultimately the man in charge Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
