Financial Fair Play

So, if the FFP that we're currently talking about is a Football League thing, how would that affect anyone promoted to the Football Association PL?

They get a fine for breaking the rules whilst in the Football league.

The argument about not being in the division when the vote took place won't hold. There's been clubs being relegated to League 1 that weren't in that league when they voted for their FFP regs and Boone has tried to sue yet

So no real sanction at all then.

1) Gain an unfair advantage in the Football League.

2) Get promoted to the Premier League.

3) Pay a fine that is a small fraction of the riches gained by promotion.

4) Carry on as normal.

Seems like a sound business plan to me.  (Assuming step 2 comes off of course)
