vicky-27 Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 Far to hot today - 29 deg and humid - what a fool i am - just done a 4.5 mile walk round Shipley Park - couldn't manage any more in this heat - am now in the kitchen - drinking loads of tea - fan on high and i'm not moving. Gee the last time I went to Shipley Park was when American Adventure was right next to it. Drink Water and a small amount of Coke/something sweet. The humidity is burning through my t-shirts.
