SantosHalper
Hello everyone, I'm about to start writing a paper on potential rule changes in football, and thought I'd put it out there to see if there's anything I've missed. So far, I have the obvious -- club ownership models, Financial Fair Play, diving, video technology, penalty shoot-outs, time-wasting, etc. So, the obvious, really. But what else would you recommend the authorities look at, and why? Cheers!
