I last posted ages ago and have refrained from posting since - being accused of not being a Derby fan. 
 

I called the administration and got laughed off.

there is anger at the efl and other clubs and I suppose rightly so but one person is to blame and it’s Mel.

the admins have not followed the arbitration process of the efl framework and ignored the claims. This is the impasse. If this is due to funding the efl cannot let us sign players. It is really simple really. 
 

any arbitrary panel would find it hard to uphold the claims against us so why the admins haven’t used the framework to kick the can down the road points to the fact we are really up poo street.

this to me stinks of smoke and mirrors by the admin team to blame sales on the efl not them or prospective owners…

Macclesfield was applied after the season - they then went bust.

If the amortisation allowed us to stay in P&S rules and this is then ruled out, the EFL could then bring in a points deduction based upon a recalculation of the P&S period covered by the accounting. 

An independent panel then needs to decide the punishment.

My feeling is a points deduction for next year - and then administration.

The ground already has a charge against it. Mel has borrowed against the ground too. Now obviously we don’t get to see the terms of the deal but I cannot see Mel walk away that much out of pocket… 

Front man for some faceless dodgy money men. He is an advisor that advised a club that are actually below us!
I really fear how this is going to play out now. I did hear a few weeks back that administration is on its way as Mel is refusing to service any more debt and there are some very large bills on the horizon for the existing finance in place.

staying up may be the least of our worries….
