I've gone back a bit to see people speak about their problems and instead of it bringing me down, it's actually done the opposite. It's great to see people supporting each other especially when mental health issues still face such a stigma. Long may it continue. As a newcomer to the forum, I've only just stumbled upon this topic.
I've gone back a bit to see people speak about their problems and instead of it bringing me down, it's actually done the opposite.
It's great to see people supporting each other especially when mental health issues still face such a stigma.
