Viking Wolf Posted June 3, 2012 Author Share Posted June 3, 2012 he seems alot smarter than me so i guess i didnt work out as well a typical diet is pretty much use all the products i get off prescription which is normally 5 pages long the main thing i have to have every day is the formula but there are different types and ive used about 5 in my time but im currently on something called lophlex lq 20 which i take 3 times a day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
