davenportram Posted December 16, 2010 Share Posted December 16, 2010 The point is that Glick said we could be in with a chance of the play offs and this was referred to as a general lack of understanding of our game. My observation is that a few poor results over the Christmas period could see us back mid, or lower, in the table. I agree with you and with Tom Glick, that being that we could be in with a play off chance. To say someone fails to understand the game because they state this, as was stated, shows that they possibly haven't looked at how tight the table is:) Just for the record I did not say it was laughable or showed a lack of understanding. I was trying to be sarcastic and was referring to the multitude of fans who slated Glick for saying it. Personally I think it would take more than a few bad results for us to drop out if contention. We gave already had 4 bad results out of our last 5 and are still in contention. A few more bad results and we will have dropped to mid table.
