Day
Derby County look set to discover the extent of Dean Leacock's hamstring injury in the next 24 hours. The defender limped out of Derby's 5-0 rout of Crystal Palace yesterday midway through the second half and he is a serious doubt for the visit of Middlesbrough to Pride Park on Tuesday evening. Coach Andy Garner told dcfc.co.uk: "Dean felt his hamstring during the second half, so we just need it to settle down so we can see what the situation is. "We will have to see how he is on Monday and take it from there." With fellow centre-backs Russell Anderson (groin), Jake Buxton (back) and Miles Addision (foot) all nursing injuries, manager Nigel Clough may have shuffle his pack against Gordon Strachan's side. Leacock has been an ever-present in the Derby defence this season and scored his maiden career goal in the 1-1 draw at Barnsley last Saturday. http://www.dcfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10270~2165520,00.html
