derbydan
JAY McEveley might have to wait to make his 100th appearance for Derby County. The left-back has twisted his knee and is doubtful for Saturday's final away game of the season against Bristol City at Ashton Gate. A run of 10 consecutive starts has left McEveley on 99 games for the Rams. Uncertainty continues to surround his future at Derby. The 25-year-old is out of contract this summer and, as yet, there is no new deal on the table. He signed from Blackburn Rovers in January 2007 and helped the Rams to win promotion to the Premier League. Derby have already indicated they will not be able to offer him the contract he is currently on. Dean Moxey, who arrived from Exeter City last summer, will step in should McEveley not be fit at the weekend. Moxey started the season in the side but has not featured since March 6. Kris Commons and Rob Hulse are still out with hamstring problems and Jake Buxton (stomach) has yet to return to training.
