Day
Peterborough United have appointed former Bristol City boss Gary Johnson as their new manager and handed him a two-year contract. The Championship side, who were relegated on Monday, have been looking for a new boss since Jim Gannon turned down a new long-term deal last month. Johnson is Posh's fourth manager this season, following Darren Ferguson and Mark Cooper and Gannon. He left City last month after almost five years in charge. Peterborough's relegation was confirmed following their 2-2 draw with Barnsley. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/p/peterborough_united/8603574.stm
