vicky-27 Posted April 12, 2010 Author Share Posted April 12, 2010 Derby County boss Nigel Clough has confirmed that he would like Stoke midfielder Michael Tonge back at Pride Park on loan next season. The 27-year-old was shipped out to the Rams in February on a loan deal until the end of the season after struggling to break into Tony Pulis' first team at the Britannia Stadium. And, following a successful stint where Tonge has started every game for the Championship outfit, Clough revealed that he would like to take him back for next term. "He has got two years left on his contract at Stoke and is on Premier League money and I don't think we can stretch to that at this stage," said the Rams boss.
