Perky1106
It's a shame last week's floods weren't this week. Could have put the fire out. Not much luck in Cumbria in late 2009 is there? :frown:
CumbrianRam
The workers jobs are safe, they will work in nearby stores whilst the supermarket is closed. The main structure of the supermarket has been saved and there will be an investigation in to the fire as well. The reconstruction of the supermarket is likley to take months to complete. Thankfully, the supermarkets petrol station did not set on fire. The fuel station could be re-opened next Monday.
