Some invites to open training sessions for local junior league managers would be great. Create ties to the community and give the coaches some insight into progressing their training sessions. Even if this was at U18 or U21 sessions.

Also a summer junior football tournament at Moor farm would be brilliant for the local kids to play at where there heroes train, or maybe even the Ipro before the pitch gets replaced. Would make a packet if they got the barbecue out!

think more could be done for the local kids that are into football.
