David
Bought GTA IV "New" from Direct Offers UK Amazon, it arrived today all sealed although I noticed it didn't have a xBox seal on the actual case. I opened it the disc was scratched and scuffed and the manual had been used with several rips in it. 'Kin bar stewards, did a quick search around and it seems they have done it a couple of times repackaging used games as new. Looking down the feedback on Amazon: "I ordered a Microsoft Points card - it had already been used and they just repackaged it = scam. Will not use this seller again unless the situation changes with my order." Perky1106
******* Amazon. They think they're such an awesome website but they have all these shitty third party sellers. I've been scammed by one, but fortunately Amazon put the money I paid back on my account. Now I only use Amazon itself. But why can't they regulate the third party sellers? I paid £18 for GTAIV on Play Trade for "New" a year ago. It was in decent condition.
David
I usually go direct to Amazon although thought I'd try a seller as it was a fiver or so cheaper. Just been showing the missus it, didnt notice but theres a coffee cup stain circle on the back. Just been reading through all the feedback and it seems to be following the same pattern "Listed as new but clearly used" most have got a refund it's just an arse to send it back, get the refund. Ordered it again from Game this time.

David
Start doing your shopping at Tesco, get yer sen a Clubcard then whenever you do your shopping get it from there. Don't ever goto the Spar, CO-OP or corner shop, if you can get it from Tesco go there. We get around £20 worth of vouchers a month.

David
Got my refund, Amazon are looking into the seller, left negative feedback and this morning I got a email asking if I would consider removing the feedback the cheeky feckers. They won't be happy with this either, when you put the company name in Google this thread pops up in the search [url=http://www.google.co.uk/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&channel=s&hl=en&source=hp&q=direct+offers+uk&meta=&btnG=Google+Search]http://www.google.co.uk/search?client=fire...G=Google+Search
