I think that after last season getting so close the fans are just desperate for results and promotion, because they know that without promotion a few players will most likely leave and the manager to boot. People react differently bemoan every mistake and criticise and even booing, others respond positively and figure that we need to cheer the team on. Bolton at home is what it should be like every game, getting everyone involved and turning up the atmosphere to hurl the lads over the line. I think defensively the team is very solid, yes we make occasional mistakes but generally we're a good unit. A lot of the mistakes come from not being calm and composed and if the crowd are adding to the pressure then they're more likely to not have cool heads resulting in more mistakes.
