CapeTownRams
Just watched Fulham game again in full and a couple of the others . A couple of things stuck out- and were even clearer last Saturday. Firstly, Forsyth hardly made any of his great runs forward. I thought he had become one of our main threats and was getting a couple of real goal scoring opportunities in the opposition box each game - usually on the back of a one-two with a team mate. When Christie signed I thought it would be fantastic to see both full backs taking it turns to rampage forward. It was obviously tactical on Saturday. Also Hendrick didn't have as many runs forward as we have seen before the last game. Again, presumably tactical. A shame as I thought he looked like a 15 goals a season man. Yes, early days I know and on the back of a good win - albeit the score line probably flattered us a wee bit. So, not complaining, just observing. davenportram
Very few tesms let both full backs attack. They both haf forays forward but Christie had more success so Forsyth held back to protect JB & RK. Hendrick has 2 goals in 4 games, not bad so far.
