TheRams
Rams legend Roger Davies is backing new signing Jake Buxton to emulate his own achievement in moving from non-league football to success with Derby County.Davies (pictured below) was plucked from the Southern League by Brian Clough and played http://feeds2.feedburner.com/%7Er/therams/%7E4/gokmrz9HOZE [url=http://feeds.therams.co.uk/%7Er/therams/%7E3/gokmrz9HOZE/davies-backing-buxton]Read More... Day
Am I just being gullible but after last seasons shambles in defence the more I read about the hunger this lad has to suceed at Derby fills me with optimism that he could be a very good signing for us. vicky-27
Well he can't be any worse! I have a good feeling about him - think he will be a great find.
Thornhill
I have the hunger to play football at some level, i'm not doing that. Hunger doesn't equal results, i'm afraid.
Day
We knew nothing about marine and tropical fish before buying the shop in December, however we had the hunger to succeed with the shop and I would say we (the missus more) are fairly knowledgeable now. Anything is possible as long as you have the hunger to succeed.
vicky-27
It doesn't equall results no - but he has it which is more than can be said for some of our players - that's what we need - players who are hungry and who really want to play for us.

Day
The lad will need educating, I doubt he will be ready to be in the starting line up come August 8th, he may have the raw talent there that needs Clough's magic wand waving over or he maybe a pile of poo, I just have a good feeling about this one for some reason.
