Just an update.
On the paypal page the charge still says £1 however once you approve payment and payment goes through the paypal receipt now reads £10.
Certainly it never did this last season or the season before, well at least not to me.

Just seems strange as it has never done this before when purchasing a stream.  Will try it again in the morning and if its the same just approve the £1 payment. Many thanks for the replies.
