LesterRam Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 I have had this debate with many of my peers and I have come to the conclusion that the rise in depression is in no doubt linked to online behaviour, now we have to differentiate if this is due to the solitary lifestyle, constant news or the removal of melatonin through blue light radiation through screens and thus reducing quality of sleep?
