Reading some rubbish being posted on this forum.

Keogh: bad mistakes today but no worse than shavlckell... yet people are back to calling him a donkey. He has been brilliant this season.

Martin: bang out of form but still one of thr bedt cf in the division.

Johnson: waa superb earlier in the season but again dropped of...again, he is not a donkey.

The problems i see:

Too slow passing and no movement...until xmas we played tight at the back, which meant we were slightly constrained upfront, however it worked.

We have now shipped 7 in 2 games...time to take the shackles off and get back to attacking, free flowing Mcclaren type football.

We still have the problem of no solid cover for martin. In his form, martin should not be starting, but he has to because we don't have an adequate replacement for him. Not sure why we bought blackman...what is his role, what was the point, does it imprpve the squad?

Our recruitment policy worries me slightly...under Mcclaren we used the loan system well (bent, ince, ibe etc) and it strengthened the team and gave depth...we spent very little.

Since July, we have spent over 20 million, yet we are still as fragile as ever. We have not had any loans and we seem to have panic bought everyone we have since September (butters and bj because of hughes, then blackman and camara because of our xmas defeats).
